VIENNESE NIGHT: GALA WITH GRAND ÉTOILE ORCHESTRA - GUEST PERFORMANCE

Featuring soloists and Grand Étoile Ballet

The gala concert "Viennese Night" draws on the tradition of grand European New Year galas. The stage will feature Grand Étoile Orchestra - a symphonic ensemble whose musicians regularly perform in Vienna, Prague, Berlin, New York and other cities across Europe and North America, affiliated with the K&K Philharmoniker project among others.

The opera soloists represent institutions such as the National Opera in Warsaw, Teatr Wielki in Poznań, the Opera in Magdeburg, Lviv Opera, as well as stages in Austria, Czechia, Germany and the United States. The programme will be complemented by performances from Grand Étoile Ballet soloists.

The programme features waltzes and polkas by Johann Strauss (father and son), operetta hits by Lehár, Kálmán and Offenbach, excerpts from works by Mozart, Puccini and Bizet, arias, duets and vocal ensembles, ballet solo miniatures and duets inspired by the aesthetics of the Viennese court, culminating in a finale with all the artists.
