Ethno Jazz Festival presents the Wrocław premiere of "Piosenki Komedy bez słów" on 17 September at 20:00 in the Gothic Hall of the Old Monastery (ul. Purkyniego 1).

Piotr Schmidt's project features instrumental versions of Krzysztof Komeda's film themes and songs in the leader's original arrangements. Created by commission of Krzysztof Balkiewicz, artistic director of the Love Polish Jazz Festival in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. The world premiere in 2024 was enthusiastically received by audiences, and the concert recording - broadcast on Jazz TV - was released on 12 February 2026 as a live album.

The programme includes: Filiżanka Kawy, Le Départ, One Hundred Years - The Riot, Szara Kolęda, Ja Nie Chcę Spać, Rosemary's Baby, Z Ręką na Gardle, Nim Wstanie Dzień.
