KLENCZON - LEGEND

On September 20, 2026 at 8:00 PM in the Stained Glass Hall of the Old Monastery (ul. Purkyniego 1), the PIRAMIDY band will perform a concert of Krzysztof Klenczon's songs. The programme will feature works from his solo period, from the repertoire of the Red Guitars and the Trzy Korony ensemble, including:

and many others. The concert will be accompanied by anecdotes and sing-alongs with the audience.

PIRAMIDY Band Members:

🎟 Piotr Kajetan Matczuk - pianist, guitarist and composer, leader and founder of PIRAMIDY. Composer of theatrical and film music (approximately 60 documentary films and several theatrical productions). Has performed in many countries, including the USA, Great Britain, France, Mexico, Russia and Germany - in venues such as Columbiahalle in Berlin and the Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky Concert Hall in the Moscow Philharmonic. Has recorded over a dozen albums with the band and with Polish actors. Composed the album "As Long As" for Krzysztof Tyńce and served as musical director of his band at the Ateneum Theatre in Warsaw. The album "Year of War" premiered at NATO's Allied Joint Force Command base in Brunssum for Polish soldiers commanding the mission in Afghanistan. Performed at the 25th anniversary celebrations of the fall of the Berlin Wall at Fontanehaus in Berlin with the piece "Charlie Checkpoint" and at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Poland to the UN in Geneva. Owner of "Piramidy Studio" recording studio, artistic director of the International Song Festival "Szlakiem Bardów".

🎟 Radosław Laskowski - guitarist, graduate of the Jazz and Popular Music Department of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. Laureate and participant of domestic and international festivals, including the 59th National Polish Song Festival in Opole, Hellys International Guitar Festival in England and the International Festival.
