Queen Symphonically
Kutno Cultural Centre, Poland
Queen Symphonically is a musical spectacle that has been touring stages across Poland for 15 years. The Alla Vienna choir and orchestra perform Queen's greatest hits in symphonic arrangements during a two-hour concert divided into two parts. The jubilee tour coincides with Freddie Mercury's 80th birthday and the 35th anniversary of his death.
The programme features both well-known hits and new arrangements created for a 14-voice choir and 10 instruments - including "Hammer To Fall" and "Killer Queen", added especially for the anniversary. The grand finale showcases Sebastian Machalski performing as Freddie Mercury, and in the second part, lead guitarist Darek Wawrzyniak also takes the stage.
The project's success speaks for itself: 500 concerts and nearly 300,000 audience members. Beyond Polish concert halls, the ensemble has performed in venues across Berlin, Vienna, Salzburg, Leipzig, and Vilnius.
