XXIII Krakow Poetry Salon in Stalowa Wola - for children and beyond
"Family Cocktail" - poems by Wanda Chotomska and Maria Konopnicka
For the first time, the Salon is dedicated to poetry written with children in mind - though adults will also find their place in these verses, from amusement to reflection. The event will be guided by actor Przemysław Buksiński, who introduced theatrical improvisation to Poland. Young audiences will be able to influence the course of the meeting and participate in improvised games.
The Salon is built around poetry - including works that grandparents remember from their own childhood: poems by Maria Konopnicka and Wanda Chotomska. The stage will feature, among others, "Stefek Burczymucha", "The Stork", "Boastful Flies", "Pale Chick" and "Wing Rental".
Musical accompaniment will be provided by Victor Czuliński (accordion) and Jakub Koziarz (clarinet).
Scenario: Przemysław Buksiński, Katarzyna Pawłowska
Reading, hosting and improvising: Przemysław Buksiński
Salon hosts: Elżbieta Drobny, Marek Gruchota, Katarzyna Pawłowska
The event was co-financed from the budget of Stalowa Wola County.
