The National Philharmonic Orchestra under Krzysztof Urbański performs at the National Philharmonic in Warsaw on Thursday, 19 November 2026 at 19.00 as part of the Thursday Concerts series. The programme brings together two symphonic interpretations of folklore: Witold Lutosławski's Little Suite and Wojciech Kilar's Symphonic Poem Krzesany. This is one of nine Warsaw concerts by the orchestra scheduled for autumn 2026. The National Philharmonic on Jasna Street, opened in 1955, remains Poland's foremost concert hall and the orchestra's home. The concert offers the chance to hear two masterworks in which folk tradition became the material of symphonic music.
