In 2026, cellist David Geringas marks a double anniversary at the Usedomer Musikfestival: twenty years ago his masterclass at Schloss Stolpe took place for the first time, and eighty years ago he was born in Vilnius.

The programme is dedicated to the composer who has accompanied him throughout his life and who, for him, represents the highest standard of musical artistry: Ludwig van Beethoven.
