Wanda Rucińska Chamber Theatre in Bydgoszcz, Poland
Following the premiere of "Boys from Broni Square" at the Kameralny Theatre, director Wojciech Kościelniak returns to Bydgoszcz - the creator of productions including Quo Vadis, The Peasants, Hair, The Witcher, Dolls, and Kombinat. This time he turns to Albert Camus's "The Plague".
A novel about a sealed city, people facing the unknown, and an epidemic as a metaphor for solitude, courage, helplessness, and community - becomes the foundation of a musical spectacle.
