100 Years of the Anarchist Federation of Poland (1926-2026)

On July 4th, the Theatre of the Eighth Day in Poznań will host a conference marking the centenary of the Anarchist Federation of Poland (1926-2026). Speakers include activists and academics specializing in the history of the anarchist movement: Piotr Laskowski, Rafał Chwedoruk, Jan Szyszkowski, Michał Przyborowski, Adrian Sekura, and Sylwia Chutnik. The conference will feature a book fair of anarchist literature and an exhibition dedicated to the AFP.
The event is part of the independent festival "From Reading to Action", organized by Oficyna Trojka publishing house. The same evening, a presentation of anarchist cinema will take place at Rozbratie (ul. Pułaskiego 21a), led by Krzysztof Kołacki. The nationwide Anarchist Federation has given its patronage to the conference.
