Gong, Blanket and Holy Peace - Natalia Dolska's Relaxation Concert

Natalia Dolska's relaxation concert is a sound session where listeners lie comfortably on a soft carpet with a pillow and blanket. The space is filled with the sounds of Tibetan bowls, gongs, crystal bowls, bells and drums - creating a multidimensional soundscape that is not only heard but felt throughout the body. The vibrations of the instruments help release tension, calm the nervous system and restore the natural rhythm of breathing. The concert guides you into a state of deep relaxation, meditation or restorative sleep - it requires no active participation.

After the concert, Teatr Nowe Formy remains open. In the Karma Zone you can have tea or coffee and enjoy light snacks - it's also a time to chat with the creators. For those interested, an additional VR experience is available in the turquoise room. 100% of the Karma buffet proceeds go to the statutory purposes of Teatr Nowe Formy.

Practical information: the theatre operates a shoe-free zone - please leave your shoes in the cloakroom at the entrance and put on slippers or alternative footwear. Doors open half an hour before the concert; please arrive at least 15 minutes early. After the concert, it's worth reserving extra time - meeting with the creators is an integral part of the evening.
