Fruits of Wrath

How can we argue constructively in a world full of destructive conflicts? This question drives the Hamburg-based performance group SKART, Berlin dancer and choreographer Dasniya Sommer, and the ensemble of Theater Thikwa as they search for the constructive potential of quarrels, disputes, and anger.

Dance rituals, striking body-art moments, and elements borrowed from bondage and ballet form the vocabulary through which the participants explore different forms of intense interpersonal conflict. Brezel Göring and the Thikwa musicians play a rousing march while the others clash on stage.
