Four Sides of Folklore - Concerts 13-08-2026

A new international festival at the Ethnographic Museum in Toruń showcases folk music in the forms it is practiced today - with diverse performance approaches and interpretations of tradition.

The programme features dances and music from various world regions performed by folk ensembles from Lithuania, Turkey, Algeria, Senegal, Kenya, Comoros, and Taiwan, alongside artistic arrangements of traditional sounds from India's Rajasthan.

Workshops in traditional songs sung in the "white voice" technique are available for participants.
