Magdalena Constance Żuk completed her virtuoso piano studies with Eugene Indjica at Schola Cantorum in Paris and the Royal College of Music in London. She performed a Chopin recital at the French premiere of Roman Polański's film "The Pianist" in Paris, and her artistic work encompasses projects combining music with painting, sculpture, poetry, and film. She has performed in Argentina, Uruguay, England, Poland, France, and Japan - for representing Polish culture worldwide, she received the TV Polonia Award. She played the lead piano-vocal role in the national musical "Chopin 44" to music by Frédéric Chopin, with libretto by Wojciech Popkiewicz and directed by Jan Szurmiej.

Wojciech Rohatyn Popkiewicz holds a doctorate in the sociology of culture and is an author, director of television films, screenwriter, novelist, composer, and songwriter - as well as a pianist, accordionist, and vocalist performing his own word-music compositions. As a journalist, he has produced hundreds of nationwide television films and programmes. One of his songs - with a refrain based on Chopin's A-flat major Polonaise with the words "I love the world..." - was considered by Bogusław Kaczyński to be the best Polish song written after the war (in the book "Great Fame Is a Joke"). Popkiewicz collaborated as a songwriter with Danuta Błażejczyk, Agnieszka Fatyga, Emilian Kamiński, Roman Kołakowski, Andrzej Rosiewicz, and Ryszard Rynkowski, and his programmes have featured, among others, Leszek Długosz, Grzegorz Turnau, Renata Drösslerová (Czech Republic), and Haris Alexiou (Greece).

In 2022, he directed the performance "Romantically?" staged at Chopin's Manor in Duszniki Zdrój as part of "Independence Stop" featuring Magdalena Żuk.
