A piano concert titled "Master - Student" featuring a programme dedicated to three composer pairs: "Chopin - Krzyżanowski", "Paderewski - Stojowski" and "Moszkowski - Hofmann".

Michał Drewnowski (born 31 March 1977, Warsaw) began his piano studies in Italy at age 8 under the guidance of his father, Marek Drewnowski. After returning to Poland, he continued his education at the Karol Szymanowski Music High School in Warsaw. In 2001 he graduated with distinction from the Music Academy in Łódź, and from 2002-2005 he studied at the Music Conservatory in Geneva.

As a soloist and chamber musician, he has performed in Poland and throughout Italy, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Bulgaria, England, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Denmark and Finland, as well as in most Polish philharmonic halls. He has participated in numerous festivals and collaborated with symphony orchestras both domestically and internationally. From 2000-2002 he performed at the New Theatre in Warsaw as an actor-pianist in Adam Hanuszkiewicz's production "Chopin, His Life, His Love, His Music..." (in the role of Frédéric Chopin).

Drewnowski is a co-founder of the New Art Radio Philharmonic and has been its artistic director since 2009. Since 2006 he has taught at the G. and K. Bacewicz Music Academy in Łódź, and since 2010 he has also led a piano class at the O. Kolberg Music School Complex in Radom.
