Iberian Fiesta

The programme features works by Iberian composers: Gerónimo Giménez - "El baile de Luis Alonso", Joaquín Rodrigo - Concierto Andaluz for four guitars and orchestra, João Domingos Bomtempo - Overture for large orchestra, João de Sousa Carvalho - Overture to the opera "L'amore industrioso", Marcos Portugal - "Il duca di Foix" and Luís de Freitas Branco - Fandango from the suite "Alentejana".

The guitar parts will be performed by Erlendis Quartet: Adrian Furmankiewicz, Wojciech Jurkiewicz, Daniel Egielman and Karol Mruk. Filipe Cunha will conduct, accompanied by the Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra of Kalisz.
