About the venue

Galeria EL is a contemporary art gallery housed in a restored Gothic church of St. Mary in the Old Town of Elbląg. Founded in 1961, it is one of Poland's oldest and most distinctive art spaces, closely linked to the international Biennale of Spatial Forms held here in the 1960s-70s. Today it hosts exhibitions, performances, and multimedia events.
