About the venue

Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology in Kraków sits on the bank of the Vistula river, facing Wawel Hill. The building, designed by Japanese architect Arata Isozaki and opened in 1994, was funded largely thanks to filmmaker Andrzej Wajda. The museum holds the Feliks Jasieński collection of Far Eastern art and regularly hosts exhibitions, concerts, and film screenings focused on Japanese and broader Asian culture.
