About the venue

Muzeum Jana Kasprowicza is a branch of the Tatra Museum in Zakopane, housed in the villa "Harenda" where the Polish poet and playwright Jan Kasprowicz spent the last years of his life. The wooden highland house, surrounded by a garden with a view of the Tatras, preserves the writer's original furnishings and personal belongings. The museum hosts literary events and temporary exhibitions related to Kasprowicz's life and work.
