The Voivodeship Centre for Cultural Animation in Toruń (WOAK) is a regional cultural institution supporting and coordinating cultural activities across the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. It organises workshops, festivals, exhibitions and training programmes for cultural animators, artists and educators. The centre also serves as a venue for concerts, theatrical performances and community events.
