KAPU is one of Linz's longest-running independent music clubs, rooted in the autonomous cultural scene since the 1980s. It hosts punk, metal, hardcore and experimental concerts alongside club nights, and operates as a self-organized, non-commercial space. The venue is a key fixture on Austria's alternative live-music circuit.
