Ahne is a Berlin-based writer, performer and musician whose work sits somewhere between literature, cabaret and jazz. At his shows he reads his own texts, sings and improvises, with a healthy dose of self-irony. He is known in Germany as an idiosyncratic voice of the underground literary scene.

An evening with Ahne combining reading, singing and club atmosphere in Dresden.
Ahne blends literary readings, songs and dry wit into one laid-back evening at Berlin's Zebrano-Theater.
AHNE blends spoken word, singing and beer into one offbeat evening - a show that asks whether a jazz singer with no instruments and a punk streak is still doing jazz.
