Alin Coen is a German singer-songwriter born in Hamburg in 1982 to a German mother and a Mexican father, who grew up bilingual and studied environmental engineering at Bauhaus University Weimar before committing fully to music. Since her debut album "Wer bist du?" (2010), which won the Deutscher Musikautorenpreis, she has built a loyal following across Germany with her intimate indie-pop and folk songwriting - mostly in German. Her seventh studio album "Du bedeutest mir die Welt" was released in 2026.
