About

Altonaer Theater is a private spoken-word theatre in the Altona district of Hamburg, one of the oldest of its kind in Germany. Its repertoire spans classics and contemporary plays, with a strong tradition of family productions. The theatre regularly collaborates with other German stages, including Theater Lindenhof in Melchingen.
