Andreas Kümmert (born 20 July 1986 in Gemünden am Main, Lower Franconia) is a German singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose voice sits squarely in the blues-rock and soul tradition. He won season three of The Voice of Germany in 2013 with his own composition 'Simple Man', then turned down the chance to represent Germany at Eurovision 2015 after winning the national selection with 'Heart of Stone'. His album Here I Am reached #3 on the German charts, and he has remained a consistently active live act ever since - far longer than most TV competition alumni.
Kümmert is touring Germany in 2026 under the A.LIVE! banner, with 39+ concert dates scheduled across the country.
His first double live best-of album, A.LIVE!, was released in November 2025.
Kümmert performed a run of December 2025 shows at venues including Centraltheater Brake, Stadthalle Balingen and Posthalle Würzburg.
Kümmert released the album Working Class Hero and toured with American blues-rock artist Beth Hart during summer 2023.
Kümmert founded his own independent label Vomit Records and released the album Harlekin Dreams in March 2020.
