About

Autechre are Rob Brown and Sean Booth, an electronic duo from Rochdale, England, who have recorded for Warp Records since their 1993 debut Incunabula. Working across IDM, glitch and abstract electronica, they have built one of the most consistently challenging bodies of work in electronic music over 15 studio albums - their sound shifting from melodic ambient techno in the early 1990s to dense, algorithmically generated structures that push the limits of rhythm and form.
