About

Chakuza is the stage name of Peter Pangerl (born 22 February 1981 in Linz, Austria), a rapper and producer who has been a fixture of the German-language hip-hop scene since his debut album City Cobra in 2007. He rose to prominence after signing with Bushido's ersguterjunge label, and his albums Monster in Mir (2010) and Magnolia (2013) both reached the German Top 10. After years based in Berlin, he returned to Linz and in 2025 released three projects - including Hoss Mi, his first album recorded entirely in Austrian dialect, made with producer Flip.
