Dirty Doering (born Velten Döring, 1978 in Leipzig) is a Berlin-based DJ, producer, and founder of the Katermukke label, one of the most recognisable imprints in German electronic music. He grew up in Baden-Baden, moved to Berlin in 1999, and built his reputation through residencies at Bar 25 and Kater Blau, playing a sound that spans deep house, melodic techno, and indie dance. The Austrian Kleine Zeitung has called him one of the most influential figures in Berlin's club scene.
