Donots are a German punk rock band from Ibbenbüren, North Rhine-Westphalia, active since 1993. Over more than three decades they built one of Germany's most loyal live followings, charting consistently and headlining major festivals from Rock am Ring to Wacken Open Air. Their 2012 album Wake the Dogs reached #6 on the German charts - their first top-ten - and 2015's Karacho marked a shift to German-language songwriting that opened a new chapter in their career. Their twelfth studio album, Heut ist ein guter Tag (2023), confirmed their standing as one of the country's most enduring punk acts.
