Dragonland is a symphonic power metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden, active since 1999. Founded by vocalist Jonas Heidgert and guitarist Nicklas Magnusson, the band built their reputation on The Dragonland Chronicles - a self-written fantasy saga that runs through their first two albums and the fifth. Their sound blends high-speed riffs with orchestral arrangements crafted by keyboardist Elias Holmlid, and over six studio albums they have expanded their themes from fantasy into astronomy and science fiction.
Dragonland signed a multi-album deal with Scarlet Records and announced their seventh studio album for late 2026, to be produced by Fredrik Nordström at Studio Fredman.
