Dreamville Records is an American hip-hop label and creative collective founded in 2007 by rapper J. Cole and manager Ibrahim Hamad, distributed internationally through Universal Music Group. The roster - built around J. Cole, JID, EarthGang, Bas, Lute, Cozz and Omen - is known for a lyric-first philosophy and long-term artist development rather than chasing trends. Beyond releasing music, Dreamville has grown into a broader brand encompassing the annual Dreamville Festival in Raleigh, NC, a film production arm, and a philanthropic foundation.
J. Cole released 'The Fall-Off' on February 6, 2026 via Dreamville and Interscope - a 24-track double album marketed as his final studio record.
Dreamville ended its long-running distribution deal with Interscope Records in July 2025.
Dreamville artist JID released his fourth studio album 'God Does Like Ugly' on August 8, 2025.
Ari Lennox officially parted ways with Dreamville on April 23, 2025, after nearly a decade, moving to an exclusive deal with Interscope Records.
