Frank Smilgies is a German cabaret performer who makes up the duo Ulan & Bator alongside Sebastian Rüger. For over twenty years the two have performed their "Krazy Kabarett" - no props, no lighting changes, just songs, dances and grotesque sketches. Süddeutsche Zeitung called them heirs to Monty Python.
