Ulan & Bator's new programme: Undsinn

Following Wirrklichkeit, Irreparabeln and Zukunst, Sebastian Rüger and Frank Smilgies present their fourth programme - and their answer to any crisis of meaning is simply: Undsinn. Süddeutsche Zeitung wrote on the occasion of the premiere at Munich's Lustspielhaus on 25 May 2024: "In the realm of Undsinn, the real world mirrors itself as an absurd, grotesque parody." Münchner Abendzeitung crowned the evening "the highlight of the season" (27.5.2024), and SZ called the duo "the heirs of Monty Python" (27.5.2024).

For more than 20 years, both award-winning actors have been working on their "Krazy Kabarett" - without recordings, lighting changes or props, but with sketches, songs, dances and grotesques. Undsinn fascinates particularly through musicality and pace: as silly as it is ambitious, shimmering between all genres.

On the programme are, among others: Antike Kräuter-Klage, Hochliteratur trifft Kiefernarkose, Wacken versus Sibirien, streikendes Echo, Aale am rechten Rand, Fußball im Dichterolymp, TV-Talk aus der Hölle - and much more.
