Frost Children is a New York City-based electronic pop duo formed by siblings Angel and Lulu Prost, originally from St. Louis, Missouri. Starting out in 2019 from opposite ends of the country - Angel studying neuroscience in the Bronx, Lulu at music school in Nashville - they built a following through hyperpop, club-ready beats and restless genre-hopping, becoming fixtures of the underground NYC scene. Their 2023 album Speed Run broke them to a wider audience, and their sixth record Sister (2025, True Panther/Dirty Hit) marked a full embrace of golden-age EDM, featuring collaborations with Kim Petras and Babymorocco.
