About

Hans Kammerlander is a South Tyrolean mountaineer born in 1956, best known for his oxygen-free ascents of eight-thousanders and speed records in the high mountains. He was the first person to ski down Mount Everest via the north face. For many years he climbed alongside Reinhold Messner.
