About

I Prevail is an American metalcore band from Southfield, Michigan, formed in 2013. They broke through with a viral metal cover of Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" and have since released four studio albums - Lifelines (2016), Trauma (2019), True Power (2022), and Violent Nature (2025) - earning Grammy nominations for Best Rock Album and Best Metal Performance. Their 2025 album marks a new chapter: after co-vocalist Brian Burkheiser's departure, Eric Vanlerberghe now handles all vocal duties, from clean melodies to harsh screams.
