Jimmy Hall (born April 26, 1949, Birmingham, Alabama) is the lead vocalist, harmonica and saxophone player who co-founded the Southern rock band Wet Willie in Mobile, Alabama in 1970. The band's R&B-soaked rock landed "Keep On Smilin'" in the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 in 1974, and Wet Willie was later inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. Beyond the band, Hall toured with Jeff Beck for much of the 2010s, earned a Grammy nomination for his vocals on Beck's 1985 album Flash, and in 2021 won a Grammy as a guest artist on the Fisk Jubilee Singers' gospel recording.
