Lautten compagney is a Berlin-based ensemble devoted to 17th- and 18th-century music, founded by lutenist Wolfgang Katschner. Over four decades the group has built a distinctive profile in early Baroque repertoire, covering sacred music as well as opera. They frequently collaborate with leading soloists from the early music scene.
