Marc Romboy is a German DJ, producer and label founder from Mönchengladbach who has shaped European electronic music since the early 1990s. He launched Systematic Recordings in 2004, which became a respected home for house and techno from artists such as Stephan Bodzin, Robert Babicz and Blake Baxter. Beyond club music, he has pushed into neo-classical territory - most notably with 2017's Reconstructing Debussy, recorded live with the Dortmund Philharmonic Orchestra. His live sets, built around a Monome sequencer, have taken him to Berghain, Fabric, Awakenings and Ultra Miami.
