ProleteR is a French beatmaker from Toulouse whose music weaves boom-bap hip-hop rhythms with samples lifted from jazz, swing, and soul records. He launched the project in 2009 and broke through internationally when 'April Showers', from his 2011 debut EP, spread virally online. Over a decade later he remains a key figure in the electro-swing and swing-hop scenes, with more than 200 million streams across platforms and five studio albums to his name.
