RPWL is a German progressive rock band from Freising, Bavaria, founded in 1997 - initially as a Pink Floyd cover act before pivoting to original material around 2000. The group's name is an acronym of the four founding members' surnames (Rissettio, Postl, Wallner, Lang), of whom vocalist/keyboardist Yogi Lang and guitarist Kalle Wallner remain the creative core. Over 25 years they have built a catalogue of 11 studio albums and 9 live records, earning a firm place in the European art-rock scene with their atmospheric, melody-driven sound.
