Award-winning art-rock band RPWL and the Freisinger Symphonieorchester join forces with local musicians for a programme of symphonic classic rock highlights - including a Pink Floyd special!

Rock trifft Klassik runs 25-27 September 2026 at the Luitpoldhalle in Freising, taking audiences on a musical journey through PINK FLOYD hits and classics by the Beatles, Queen and Led Zeppelin. The Freisinger Symphonieorchester under Martin Keeser and the acclaimed art-rock band RPWL perform alongside local musicians in a sweeping symphonic rock programme. State-of-the-art sound, a full light show and a 30-piece orchestra make for a striking evening. The event is organised by RPWL and Gentle Art Of Music in cooperation with the city of Freising, Kulturamt, Musikschule and Stadtjugendpflege.
