Tito & Tarantula is an American chicano rock band from Los Angeles, founded in 1992 by singer-guitarist Tito Larriva - a veteran of the pioneering L.A. punk band the Plugz and later the Cruzados. The group blends blues rock with Latin rock and gothic undertones, and earned cult status worldwide through their appearance in Robert Rodriguez's 1996 film From Dusk Till Dawn, where they performed 'After Dark' on screen. Rodriguez also co-produced their 1997 debut album Tarantism and featured the band in Desperado (1995).
Tito & Tarantula released their new studio album !Brincamos! on March 14, 2025, on the It Sounds label, accompanied by a European tour starting March 13.
