Tuğsal Moğul (born 1969 in Neubeckum, Westphalia) is a German-Turkish playwright, director, actor and physician. His theatre work consistently engages with political subjects - racism, state failure, lives on the margins. And Now Hanau, developed with the Initiative 19 February (an association of survivors and victims' relatives), examines the racially motivated terrorist attack of 19 February 2020 in Hanau.
