The campsite is never short of drama: a group of free-spirited drifters and a group of uptight conformists clash in a battle of night owls versus early risers. Campsite manager Günter and three ladies with a fondness for a drink watch the chaos unfold from the kiosk. A budding romance shakes things up further, while an outside threat looms - are they representatives of the motorway company, or something from outer space?
