Jim Kahr - guitar, vocals / Sandro Gulino - bass / Markus Hassold - drums / Alex Logel - keys

Born in Chicago, Jim Kahr grew up steeped in the blues and made his name in the bars and clubs of his hometown. He spent years touring with John Lee Hooker's "Coast to Coast Blues Band" and worked alongside Jimmy Rogers, Charlie Musselwhite, and Joe Cocker. In the 1990s he moved to Europe. His album "Incredibly Live" won the German Record Prize as best blues album of 1997; in 2023, "Keepin It Hot" made the final nomination shortlist.

The band's energetic shows draw on Kahr's deep feel for the blues across its many forms - from rock to funk. Alongside original songs, the set includes assured readings of rhythm and blues classics.
