Harmonica virtuoso Konstantin Reinfeld and guitarist Hanno Busch perform a programme spanning jazz, Brazilian music and contemporary sound. Reinfeld, winner of the OPUS KLASSIK award, has established the harmonica as a lyrical concert instrument on international stages. Busch, ECHO JAZZ laureate and guitarist with Jan Delay & Disko No. 1, has been a fixture of the German jazz and pop scene for many years.

Reinfeld came to the harmonica almost by chance: as a child he discovered the small instrument - often underestimated, more associated with campfire sing-alongs than concert halls - and developed a remarkable virtuosity on it. Early competition wins reinforced his mission to bring the harmonica out of its niche and reveal its full sonic range.

As a duo, the two combine technical mastery with stylistic openness. Compositions by Pixinguinha, Antônio Carlos Jobim, Chick Corea and Toots Thielemans sit alongside original works by both musicians - from Brazilian choros and jazz standards to their own compositions.
