Description was written before the event
The closing concert on Sunday raises questions about climate justice, resources and how we live together as a society - and looks for musical answers: What kind of world do we want to leave behind? What responsibility does each generation carry toward the next?
The scenic-musical programme moves from a caricature-like celebration of present-day irresponsibility toward new perspectives, in which the musicians express their own dreams and wishes through music and words - somewhere between hope, utopia and warning.
The programme features works by Astor Piazzolla, Rebecca Clarke, Arvo Pärt and Jennifer Walshe.
