Concert II

Mahela Reichstatt performs with organists Magne Draagen and Volkmar Zehner on Sunday, 6 September 2026 at 18:00 in Nikolaikirche, Kiel. This is one of two German concert dates for these musicians. Nikolaikirche is a Gothic brick church from the 14th century, the oldest surviving church in the city, which houses a medieval bronze baptismal font. The programme features major organ works by Mendelssohn, compositions by Bach, Norwegian Romantic composers, and Messiaen. The concert serves as preparation for a performance of "Elijah" on 4 October. Admission: 12 €.
