The Nikolaikirche is a Gothic brick church in the centre of Kiel, dating back to the 14th century. It is the oldest surviving church in the city and houses a notable bronze font from the medieval period. Today it serves as a venue for concerts, organ recitals and cultural events alongside regular services.
