CARMINA BURANA

With this song collection, Carl Orff created one of the most popular works of the 20th century. Look forward to a fresh presentation of this successful piece with the Stuttgarter Choristen under the direction of passionate musician Marc Lange. It tells of the joy of life, love and courtship, of romance and mysticism, and of faith in the goddess of fortune. "Oh Fortuna"!

The wheel of the fate goddess turns, and the roasted swan laments. Soloists Tabea Schmidt and Jürgen Deppert sing, accompanied by the Bläserphilharmonie Heilbronn. Elegantly, narrator Rainer Wolf guides us through delicate spring songs, robust drinking and feasting songs, and through enchanting love songs from the "Cour d´amor". The Gospel Diamonds Kids & Teens also join in.
